I'm so glad you've found your way here. I’m Kareisma, and I am into everything Spiritual Psychology.

May I get real for a minute? I’m a recovering religious elitist. I can fully admit this now, and as a Christ follower, I am sure that in my youth, I probably rubbed some people off the wrong way.

I looked down on those who were constantly seeking, those who I thought didn’t have it figured out. I was foggy, stuck in a mindset of “I know better” actually, it was more of a mindset of “I am better”.

See, I always knew who the one true God was. The Most-High. Adoni. Jehovah Jireh. YHWH. But I stopped seeking. I became ritualistic and stunted. My journey became less personal and more regimented.

Then my Saturn Return happens. Then a dark night of the soul. Then a Kundalini Awakening. And on top of all that… My twin flame entered my life.

Yeah, believe me, I called on every name of God I could find.

“Adonai!”
“Elohim!”
“The Great I Am!”
“El Shaddai!”
“Prince of Peace!”
“Emmanuel!”
“Alpha!”
“Omega!”
“Yahweh!”
“God! Please! Heeeeeeeeeeeelp!”

God was helping me. He always has. And this was it. But I didn’t understand what was happening. My limited knowledge of God, spiritually, didn't prepare me for this. So, that's when it happened. I became a Seeker.

I started seeking answers. I started seeking enlightenment. I started seeking spirituality. Still, stubborn, I knew this was seen as a no no from a fundamentalist religious standpoint, but God was leading me, opening up my chakras, and showing me himself in ways I was blinded to before.

God showed me myself. It was painful and wonderful. It was dark and light. It was so lonely yet, the biggest, most nuturing hug I ever received. God was open, God was present, God is God, and he revealed himself to me so personally that I would go through it all again.

Through this spiritual awakening, I've learned one thing for sure – nobody's perfect, no matter how awakened they seem. That's why through this website, I advocate for thinking for yourself, exploring your own path, and always trusting that gut feeling.

Trust me, listening to your intuition can save you a lot of headaches and heartaches on this wild journey we call life. Especially in this field of spirituality, where there are so many different teachings, lifestyles, rituals, and views.

To me, spirituality is a deeply personal relationship with God. It's not about the spells, witchcraft, tarot, magic or even the astrology that you might see elsewhere. Dependency on any one teaching or any one reader, physic, witch, or mystic, can prevent your spiritual growth and move you further away from God.

Needless to say, I’m personally against spellwork and witchcraft. Tarot can be dangerous too, when calling on a general “spirit”. After all, there are many spirits.

Actually, It’s not different from how Christians can be so dependent on one physical place of worship, pastor, priest, or prophet. Focused on “their messages” and “their hidden knowledge”.

When our eyes, ears, minds, hearts, and souls stop depending on and looking toward God for our truth and salvation, we are leading ourselves astray. Down a path of spiritual co-dependency.

That’s why here, I'm all about teaching heart-based spirituality, discernment, and intuition. I believe that deep inside, your heart, and soul, with a little nudge from the Holy Spirit, knows exactly what you need to grow, heal, and transform.

My goal? It's pretty simple. I want to help you reconnect your soul with the highest God, through trusting and building your personal relationship with him. The stuff I share here is meant to help you make sense of life's patterns, awaken your spirit, increase your spiritual awareness, and really embrace the beauty of being human.

I want to educate you, unbiasedly. Letting your intuition lead the way, helping you feel empowered in tough times, while teaching you to know yourself through spiritual inner and shadow work.

I'm all about examining life. Enlightenment, in my eyes, comes from gaining knowledge. And knowledge? Well, it gives you perspective. It's this perspective that allows you to see the world, God, and yourself, more clearly.
