For a long time, I thought I had it all figured out. I was stuck in a rigid, prideful mindset, convinced that my way was the only way. But life humbled me. I faced struggles that cracked my certainty wide open, forcing me to ask the kinds of questions I had always avoided:

• Why do I seek the things that I seek?
• What drives me to certain spiritual practices?
• And most importantly, where do I find true peace and purpose?

Those hard questions led me down a path I never expected, into the world of New Age spirituality. What started as curiosity turned into years of immersive practice, from tarot readings and Reiki to past life regression and energy work. 

At one point, I had over 4,000 followers who came to me for spiritual guidance. But the deeper I went, the more my spirit felt… convicted yet, the more dependent I became on tools, rituals, and external confirmation.

What I thought was empowerment was actually entanglement.

In a pivotal moment of spiritual awakening, God confronted me with truth: I wasn’t seeking Him, I was seeking control. That moment led me to publicly renounce every occult practice I had embraced and return to Christ with my whole heart. That surrender didn’t just change my beliefs but reframed how I understood spirituality, discernment, and the hunger that drives all of us to seek answers.

What I Do Now

Today, I’m the voice behind Kareisma, a platform devoted to helping spiritual seekers, burned-out Christians, and confused believers navigate the overwhelming world of spirituality with biblical clarity and discernment. My mission is to equip you with tools to reflect deeply on your spiritual motivations, break free from misleading beliefs, and build a faith that’s authentic, grounded, and free from dependency on external tools or fleeting trends.

I believe true growth happens when we ask the tough questions, like:

I trained under a globally accredited provider certified by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), and I genuinely believed I was helping people heal and grow spiritually.

Because I’ve been on the inside, I understand the appeal and the promises these practices offer but I also know the hidden spiritual dangers that often go unnoticed. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others discern truth from deception. Today, I bring both my lived experience and my theological training to the table, so you can get the full picture, from someone who’s actually been there.

• A Personal Commitment to Discernment: I’m not just teaching theory, I’m actively discerning my own spiritual walk every day, staying grounded in prayer, Scripture, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
